Our Constitution

To establish and commit to an equitable and fair governance structure, the KPEGS Executive Team upholds transparent decision-making processes and encourages open dialogue to ensure the diverse needs and perspectives of graduate students are represented and prioritized. The KPEGS Constitution serves as the foundation of our governance, outlining the society's structure, responsibilities, and guiding principles. The constitution is reviewed and updated every 2-5 years through a majority vote by the Executive Team, reflecting our ongoing commitment to equity, accountability, and the evolving needs of our graduate student community.
